By downloading, installing, or using TickDown ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TickDown is a countdown timer and event tracking application that allows users to:

• Create and manage countdown timers for important events
• Set up routines and recurring reminders
• Create time capsules with photos, notes, and voice memos
• Sync data across devices using iCloud (Premium feature)
• Receive notifications for upcoming events

3. Subscription Terms

Auto-Renewal: Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store.

Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
• Keep your device and account secure
• Be responsible for all content you create within the App

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Demolition Studios Games and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

We are not responsible for:

• Missed events or notifications due to device settings or technical issues
• Loss of data due to device failure or user error
• Any damages arising from your use of the App

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Demolition Studios Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination
