How do I add a baby profile?

When you first open BabyFlow, you'll be prompted to create a baby profile. You can add more babies later from the Settings screen by tapping "Add Baby". Enter the baby's name and date of birth, and optionally add a photo.

How do I track a feeding?

Go to the Feed tab. For breastfeeding, select the side (left/right) and tap Start to begin the timer. For bottle feeds, enter the amount. For solids, log the meal type. All entries are saved automatically.

How do I view my baby's history?

Tap the History screen from the More tab. You can filter by feeding, diaper, or sleep entries. Pull down to refresh the list.

Can I delete an entry?

Yes. Go to History, tap on the entry you want to remove, and confirm deletion. Deleted entries are soft-deleted and cannot be recovered.

How does cloud sync work?

Cloud sync is optional. Create an account from Settings, and your data will automatically sync to the cloud. This lets you access your data on multiple devices and serves as a backup.

How do I remove ads?

Purchase BabyFlow Premium from the Settings screen. This is a one-time purchase that permanently removes all advertisements and unlocks premium features like advanced charts and data export.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is stored locally on your device by default. If you enable cloud sync, data is stored securely using Google Firebase with industry-standard encryption. We never sell your data.

Can I use BabyFlow offline?

Absolutely. BabyFlow works entirely offline. All tracking features are available without an internet connection. Cloud sync will automatically upload when you're back online.

How do I switch between babies?

If you have multiple baby profiles, tap the baby name at the top of the home screen to switch between them. Each baby has their own separate tracking data.

The app crashed or isn't working properly

Try these steps: (1) Force close and reopen the app, (2) Restart your device, (3) Check for app updates in the App Store or Google Play, (4) If the issue persists, contact us with details about the problem.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Visit their support pages to request a refund for your purchase.

Troubleshooting

Notifications aren't working

Make sure notifications are enabled for BabyFlow in your device's Settings > Notifications. Also check that you've set up reminders within the app's Settings screen.

Data isn't syncing

Ensure you're signed in (Settings > Account), have an active internet connection, and try the "Sync Now" button. If issues persist, try signing out and back in.

Premium purchase not recognized

Try restoring purchases from Settings > Premium. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase. If the issue persists, contact us.
