Your memories belong to you. We designed Keepsake so that all your photos, videos, and content are stored in YOUR personal iCloud account. We never have access to your memories, and we never store them on our servers.

Introduction

Keepsake Time Capsule ("the App") is developed by Demolition Studios. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our App. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you maintain complete ownership of your memories.

Information We Don't Collect

Unlike most apps, we intentionally don't collect:

Your photos, videos, or audio recordings
Your personal messages or capsule contents
Your location data
Your contacts or address book
Tracking data for advertising purposes

Where Your Data Is Stored

All your capsule content (photos, videos, audio, text) is stored exclusively in your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit technology. This means:

Your data is protected by your Apple ID
Only you can access your content
Your data syncs across your iOS devices automatically
Your memories persist even if you delete the app
We cannot access, view, or retrieve your content

Information We May Process

To provide the App's functionality, we may process:

Anonymous App Analytics: Basic usage patterns to improve the app (if you opt-in)
Purchase Information: Transaction records for in-app purchases, handled entirely by Apple
Crash Reports: Anonymous technical data to fix bugs and improve stability

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

Apple iCloud (CloudKit): For secure data storage in your personal iCloud account
Apple App Store: For processing in-app purchases
RevenueCat: For managing subscription and purchase status (no personal data shared)

Data Retention

Your capsule data remains in your iCloud account indefinitely, controlled entirely by you. If you delete the App, your data remains in iCloud. To permanently delete your data, you would need to remove it from iCloud directly.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your data (stored in your iCloud)
Export your capsules at any time
Delete your data from iCloud
Opt out of analytics

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date.
