Where are my memories stored?

All your photos, videos, and content are stored securely in your personal iCloud account. We never store your data on our servers. Your Apple ID owns everything you create.

What happens if I delete the app?

Your capsules and content remain safely stored in your iCloud. When you reinstall the app and sign in with the same Apple ID, all your capsules will be restored.

Can I access my capsules on another device?

Yes! As long as you sign in with the same Apple ID and have iCloud enabled, your capsules will sync across all your iOS devices.

How do I restore my purchase?

Go to Settings > Upgrade, then tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

What if Keepsake stops operating?

Your memories will remain in your iCloud forever. We designed Keepsake so your data doesn't depend on us. You can always export your capsules to save them locally.

Can I share a capsule with someone?

With Keepsake Unlimited, you can add recipients to your capsules and share them when they unlock. Recipients will receive the capsule contents when the unlock date arrives.
