By downloading, installing, or using Keepsake Time Capsule ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Keepsake Time Capsule is a personal time capsule application that allows you to create, store, and preserve digital memories including photos, videos, audio recordings, and text. Your content is stored in your personal iCloud account.
The App uses your Apple ID for authentication and iCloud for data storage. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and any activities that occur under your account.
The App offers in-app purchases including:
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Prices are displayed in your local currency.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly through the App Store.
You retain full ownership of all content you create using the App. You are solely responsible for:

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Demolition Studios and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.
While we design the App to be reliable, we cannot guarantee against data loss. Your content is stored in iCloud and is subject to Apple's iCloud terms and availability. We recommend regularly exporting important capsules.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR CONTENT.
You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these terms. Your iCloud data remains yours regardless of App status.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
