Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the BabyFlow mobile application ("the App") operated by BabyFlow ("we", "our", or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BabyFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BabyFlow is a baby tracking application that allows parents and caregivers to log and monitor:

Feeding sessions (breastfeeding, bottle, solids)
Diaper changes
Sleep patterns
Growth measurements (weight, height, head circumference)

The App provides charts, statistics, and optional cloud sync for data backup and sharing.

3. Health Disclaimer

Important: BabyFlow is a tracking and organizational tool only. It is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information displayed in the App (including charts, statistics, and growth data) is for informational purposes only.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice regarding your child's health, nutrition, development, or any concerns. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it based on information from this App.

4. User Accounts

Account creation is optional. The App works fully offline without an account.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

5.1 BabyFlow Premium

BabyFlow offers a premium upgrade ("BabyFlow Premium") as a one-time in-app purchase that provides:

Removal of all advertisements
Access to premium features (advanced charts, data export, and more)

5.2 Payment and Billing

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store.
Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region.
Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.

5.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google per their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
Use the App to transmit harmful code or malware

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by BabyFlow and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you input.
We recommend regularly backing up your data using the cloud sync feature.

9. Advertisements

The free version of BabyFlow displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob. These ads help support ongoing development. You may remove all ads by purchasing BabyFlow Premium. By using the free version, you consent to the display of advertisements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for any decisions made based on data displayed in the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BabyFlow, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Upon termination, your locally stored data remains on your device until deleted.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
