Go to Settings > Daily Goal and adjust the slider or enter your preferred amount. The app will automatically update your progress tracking.
How do notifications work?
You can customize reminder frequency and times in Settings > Reminders. The app will send friendly notifications throughout your chosen hours to remind you to drink water.
Can I track drinks other than water?
Yes! Tap the "Change Drink" button on the home screen to select from various beverages like coffee, tea, juice, and more. Each drink type is tracked separately in your history.
How do I cancel my premium subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. On Android, go to Google Play Store > Subscriptions.
Is my data backed up?
Currently, all data is stored locally on your device. We recommend keeping your device backed up through iCloud or Google backup services.
How does weather-based adjustment work?
If you enable location access, the app can suggest increased hydration on hot or humid days. This is optional and your location is only used for weather queries - it's never stored.
What is Habit Stacking?
Habit Stacking links drinking water to activities you already do (like brushing teeth or having meals). When you complete these routines, tap to log water - building hydration into your existing habits!
How do I reset my data?
Go to Settings and scroll down to find the reset option. Please note this action cannot be undone.
