Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Hydration Daily ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Hydration Daily is a mobile application designed to help users track their daily water intake, set hydration goals, receive reminders, and monitor their hydration habits over time.
The App provides:
- Water intake tracking and logging
- Customizable hydration reminders
- Progress statistics and insights
- Achievement badges and streaks
- Weather-based hydration recommendations (optional)
- Mood and wellness tracking (optional)
User Responsibilities
When using the App, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when setting up your profile and goals
- Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
- Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Maintain the security of your device and any backups of your data
Health Disclaimer
Important Medical Notice: Hydration Daily is intended for general wellness tracking only and is NOT a medical device. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You acknowledge that:
- The hydration recommendations are general guidelines and may not be suitable for everyone
- You should consult a healthcare professional for personalized hydration advice, especially if you have medical conditions
- The App should not replace professional medical advice
- Individual hydration needs vary based on health conditions, medications, activity level, and other factors
Premium Features & Subscriptions
Hydration Daily offers optional premium features through in-app purchases:
- Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly, auto-renews until cancelled
- Annual Subscription: Billed annually, auto-renews until cancelled
- Lifetime Access: One-time purchase for permanent access
Payment & Renewal:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
Cancellation:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Demolition Studios and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months
Data & Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
